This rate is per night for a small dog that weight from 1 to 29 pounds.

Dog Daycare Starting at $25/30
From 1-29 pounds is $25. If dog weight more than 30 pounds is $30. After hours listed previously incurs an additional fee. Large Dog Fee is Applicable

Holiday Fee $5
Holiday fee is added 3 days prior and 3 days after holiday from the Holiday Day. Holiday fee is added on every United States Holiday Dates. Marthin Luther King Jr., Memorial Day, Juneteetnth, Independence Day, Labor Day Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years

Pet Taxi Starting at $10
We charge $10 within 7 miles of our location. More than 7 miles we charge $1.75 per additional miles. Our system rely on live real time from Google Maps. The Distance is variable due to traffic and other traffic related events.

Before or After Hours Fee $25
If you cannot pick up or drop off during our hours of operation a $25 fee will be added per dog.

Medication $7 Per night
We charge $7 per night for any Medication administrated. Also, anything that is for the well being of your pet such as supplements, probiotic, eye drops, vitamins, ear medication etc, will include the additional fee.

House Food $5 per night
If any food needs to be refrigerated or to be warm in microwave. We charge an additional $5 per night.

Additional Feeding $5
A Morning and Evening Feeding are included in the Overnight and Daycare Price. However, if you pet needs to have 3 meals per day or more will be $5 extra per night

Face Time Starting at 10
Updates are provided throughout the stay. However if you would like to facetime with your pet. We charge $10 the first 5 minutes facetime. after the 5 minutes we charge $1 each minute up to 10 minutes max in total. This service needs to be requested prior depending of our schedule and time might be accommodated or not, no guarantee.

Dog Boarding
This is an overnight stay, where your dog(s) will get more attention by any of our Team Members and time spent with them. We do everything possible to make you feel comfortable leaving your dogs with us. Throughout the stay pet parent will receive messages, photos and/or videos to assure you that your dog is enjoying their time with us. We can provide same feeding schedule, outdoor playtime, socialization with other dogs, We offer nap time(siesta time and relaxation with music therapy for dogs) give any medication and of course, lots of love! **Depending on availability, We can also accommodate dogs that have some behavioral issues or other special needs. However, dogs that cannot be left alone for short period of time, bark excessively or destroy property due to severe anxiety will not be a good fit*
Daycare
This service is ideal when you are away for a few hours. During our often busy lives, our best furry friends are spending a lot of time home alone all day. With this service will include fresh cool water, outdoor playtime, same feeding schedule. Of course we will include the messages, photos and/or videos as well during the daycare!. **Dog Daycare will be available for the listed hours. If drop off or pick up Before or After the hours listed previously incurs an additional daycare fee.**
Meet and Greet
A Meet and Greet is mandatory only for new Pet parents, or if existing client is adding a new pet to their family. Pet Owner and one of our team members can meet before we agree to care for your dog(s). Pet Owner must bring their dog(s) during meet and greet and have dog(s) with their leash on at all time. We will be interviewing each other to make sure we are a good fit to protect the well being of all parties and the pet(s). Meet and Greet does not reserve any reservation, you must follow next Steps in order to reserve an overnight, daycare service after we conducted a meet and greet:
- Register to create an account
- Complete my account info
- Add Pet and complete their profile
- Upload Vaccines up to date (no vaccines we will not accept any reservation
- Book and pay for your pet(s) reservation
Check in Date
- When Dropping off your dog(s) please make sure they are on leash at all time
- Bring Necessary food for your dog(s) stay, preferably bring measurement cup if you do not bring pre-bagged food and specify how many times a day they eat. PLEASE SPECIFY FEEDING WHEN BOOKING STAY.
- Comfort items such as dog(s) bed or blanket must be clean. We will provide clean food and water bowls.
- All dog(s) must have their collar with tags
- All dog(s) must be under a flea or tick control and heartworm preventative treatment. If fleas or ticks are found upon check in, we will cancel stay immediately and cancellation fee of $25 will be applicable.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
-Reservation must be booked and paid at the time of the request. If you make a cancellation before 7 days prior schedule arrival, we will refund the full amount of the stay. if notice of cancellation is received within 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, there will be a penalty fee of $25 per dog.
-During Holiday season, you must book in advance or provide a deposit of one night per dog. Deposit can be made for us to hold the stay, deposit is not refundable, it will only be provided as a credit if make a cancellation before 7 days prior schedule arrival. If the stay is going to be more than 5 days, we require a deposit of two nights per dog(s).
-During any Holiday, if any cancellation is received within 7 days prior to schedule arrival, there will be a penalty fee of two nights per dog.
Important, during the stay of your pet, if request to pick up prior check out there will be no refunds.
-When booking through our site a Service fee of (6%) will be charge and will be listed at the time of check out or if booking dates change, the fee will be updated accordingly. The Service fee is for operating services of our platform to provide you the best experience when booking a reservation.
- In the event booking is cancelled, the service fee is refundable based on the total amount to be refunded.
